Andy Leethe trainer of British heavyweight boxer Tyson Fury, agreed that Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk deservedly won the first fight.
“115-113? It seems so. Tyson won until the ninth round, then he took those blows from Alexander, showed incredible courage and bravery, going through it. The final rounds were close, Tyson may have even won them. I thought it could have been a draw, but I’m not arguing, Usyk got a well-deserved decision from the judges,” Andy Lee said.
Earlier, Tyson revealed how many rounds he won. Fury believes he won nine rounds and took the overall victory with a score of 116:111.
