In Mykolayiv Oblast, a fire broke out at a critical infrastructure facility in the Bashtan district at night as a result of a Russian attack, the head of the regional military administration, Vitaly Kim, said.

According to him, all the necessary services have been involved to eliminate the consequences, information about the victims is being clarified.

Kim reported that on the night of September 30, air defense forces in the Mykolayiv region destroyed three Shahed 131/136 drones.

At night, “Ukrzaliznytsia” informed that due to shelling in the Mykolaiv region, the Dolynsk – Mykolaiv section was closed to train traffic for security reasons. Train 121/122 Kyiv — Mykolaiv ran to Dolynska station, from where there was a bus transfer to Mykolaiv.

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
