The crossing point on the border of Ukraine with Poland, Nyzhankovichi-Malhovice, temporarily stops working at the initiative of the Polish side.
As reported by the State Border Service of Ukraine, border customs clearance will be stopped from midnight on September 30, 2024. The closure is due to the construction of a new checkpoint, which is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
Ukrainian border guards urged citizens to take this information into account and choose other border crossing points during the temporary closure.
We previously wrote that as of September 22, the passage of persons and vehicles at the Ustylug-Zosyn checkpoint was restored. It was closed because the Poles had a system failure.
Also, we would like to remind you that starting from September 23, the asphalt pavement will be replaced at the “Korchova – Krakow” checkpoint. Repairs will last until November, so traffic complications are possible.
