Details: “Vedomosti” provides information from the federal project “Development of infrastructure, security and formation of a specialized system of certification of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS)”.

By 2028, 31 large Russian airports are to be equipped with anti-drone protection, 20 of which are federally owned, 11 are privately owned.

This national project was approved at the end of 2023, and began to be implemented from the beginning of 2024.
