“On September 25, 2024, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine submitted to the High Anti-Corruption Court a statement of claim for the application of the sanction provided for in Clause 1-1 of the first part of Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine to Mykhailo Maratovych Fridman, Petro Olehovych Aven, Andriy Mykolayovych Kosogov and the company “Rissa Investments Limited” About sanctions,” the department informed.
In particular, the Ministry of Justice requests that 82.1086% of the total number of shares of PJSC “Insurance Company “Alfa Strahuvanny”, 86.2264% of the shares of the authorized capital of “Alfa-Leasing Ukraine” LLC, “Parity Finance” LLC, ” Sens Digital”, LLC “Alpha Universal Leasing Company”, which are indirectly owned by sanctioned Russian oligarchs.
In addition, the Ministry of Justice requests that 100% of the total number of shares of Myrhorod Mineral Water Plant PrJSC, Morshinsky Mineral Water Plant “Oscar” PrJSC, Industrial and Distribution Systems PrJSC, 100% of the share capital of LLC “IDS Aqua Service”, LLC “Potuzhnist”, PE “IVA”, SE “NOVA.KOM” and 3.343445% of the total number of shares of PJSC “Ukrainian branch company for the production of beer, soft drinks and mineral waters “UKRPIVO””. which are indirectly owned by Rissa Investments Limited.
Friedman, Aven and Kosogov are Russian businessmen who are founders and shareholders of companies that are part of the Alfa Group financial and investment consortium. the Ministry of Justice explained.
The company Rissa Investments Limited is a holding company, the subsidiaries of which carry out the production and distribution of mineral waters, in particular, on the territory of Ukraine, the Russian Federation and Georgia and form the Borjomi Group of companies together with the company Rissa Investments Limited.
Earlier, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine satisfied the complaint of the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine. The re-registration of the logistics complex “MLP-Chaika” of the Russian oligarch Mikhail Gutseriev to the Turkish citizen Dogan Mesuta was canceled.
