According to the report, there were blackouts in two areas due to technical reasons.
Substations, household consumers and local industry were cut off in Chernihiv region. Power has been restored.
In the Zaporizhzhia region, an overhead line was shut down due to technological malfunctions, while one of the facilities reduced the voltage. Power has been restored.
