According to law enforcement officers, on September 24 around 18:00, the police received a report that an unknown man fired several shots from a balcony in one of the recreation complexes in the Vyshhorod region.
The police have identified the suspect. He turned out to be a 36-year-old resident of the capital. At the time of the arrival of the police, he was with signs of alcohol intoxication. There are no victims of his actions. The police seize the weapon, which will be sent for examination.
Currently, the issue of opening criminal proceedings is being resolved. Procedural management is carried out by the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
