Details: In the investigation of UP “Not subject to inspection.” Who and how abuses privileges on the roads during the war journalist Mykhailo Tkach found out that the car of the elected official from “Servant of the People” Ihor Kopytin, which was seen in an accident on August 28, on the Kyiv-Odesa highway, has license plates with Dnipro registration, and in the materials of the law enforcement officers, the real license plate of the car is noted from Kyiv registration.
According to the publication’s sources in the law enforcement agencies, the car used by Kopytin has an operating license of the SK series No. 021401, issued immediately on the day of the car’s registration. This ticket prohibits stopping or inspecting the car.
The investigation also mentioned ex-Deputy of People’s Republic and lawyer Valery Pysarenko. His car started to be noticed in Kyiv a few months ago. The article states that the security of the ex-national deputy can afford conspiratorial measures, namely the use of operational license plates. Such license plates were recorded on one of the cars that Pisarenko was driving. Pisarenko himself stated that operational license plates on cars are related to “certain personal security issues.”
“Ukrainian Pravda” received a response to a request from the Department of Internal Security of the Ukrainian National Police regarding these license plates. Law enforcement officers indicate that this data “is information with limited access that cannot be provided.”
