Tomorrow, September 25, the main stage will start Europa League 2024/25. In this European Cup, Ukraine will be represented by only one club – Dynamo Kyiv, which will play Lizio tomorrow.
The authoritative statistical portal Opta analyzed the teams’ chances of winning the tournament and entering the various stages of the competition after the main stage.
“Dynamo” Kyiv, together with “Ferencvaros” and “Ludogor”, have the lowest chances of triumph in the Europa League – 0.1%.
Opta analysts have little faith in the fact that the Kyiv team will be able to advance far in the LE playoffs – the chances of reaching the round of 16 are 23.1%, the quarterfinals – 7.3%, the semifinals – 2%, and the finals – 0.5%.
The best chances of winning the Europa League 2024/25 are in Porto – 17.8%, Athletica – 10.9% and Slavia – 9.6%.
