  • Oleksiy Kuchmanov is a senior rifleman of the 2nd platoon of the 3rd rifle company of the aforementioned military unit of the aggressor country.

Investigators found out that in May-June of this year, both involved took part in the repeated attack of Rashists on Kharkiv. During the fighting near the village of Staritsa, Chuguyiv district, Kiprin and his subordinate together with three accomplices captured four Ukrainian soldiers.
