The partners demand from Ukraine a working institute of business reputation – People’s Deputy

Partners demand from Ukraine a working institute of business reputation – People’s Deputy People’s Deputy Mykhailo Tsimbalyuk emphasized the need to introduce an institute of business reputation in Ukraine. This is an important condition for joining the EU and an indicator of the level of democracy in the country.”, — write on: unn.ua

Ukraine must implement a working institute of business reputation in order to become a full member of the European Union and so that there are no questions about the level of democracy in our country. Such an opinion in an exclusive comment UNN said People’s Deputy Mykhailo Tsymbalyuk.

Introducing the institute of business reputation is an inevitable requirement of our time, our partners. Otherwise, we will not see the European Union, and in general, then we will always be classified as a certain category of citizens with a level of under-democracy, and in general, this is an indicator of the level of relations in society

The deputy emphasized that the institute of business reputation should work in both directions. That is, if an official is compromised, guilty of an offense, he must resign.

If an official was falsely accused and found not to be guilty, his business reputation should also be restored, and those who did it should be brought to justice.

Let’s add

Previously, UNN talked about one of the vivid examples of how one middle-ranking official can harm the reputation of a state body and the image of the entire country. We are talking about Oleksandr Zyma, director of the legal department of the National Bank of Ukraine, against whom a criminal case is being investigated for possible abuse of office. The case concerns a letter from the National Bank to the Deposit Guarantee Fund of Individuals signed by Zima, with which he recommended that the Fund withdraw the lawsuits filed by Concord Bank against the NBU. The document referred to the bank’s four lawsuits against the NBU, in which “Concord” demanded the cancellation of fines totaling almost 63.5 million hryvnias. They were submitted even before the National Bank decided to liquidate “Concord” and introduced a temporary administration there.

We will remind

On April 22, the Shevchenkiv District Court of Kyiv recognized Yulia Sosyedka, the co-founder of Concord Bank, as the victim in this criminal proceeding. After all, according to the co-owner of “Concord” Olena Sosedka, by his instructions, Zima deprived the shareholders of the bank of their constitutional right to a fair trial.

However, the SBI investigators ignored the specified court decision for more than 4 months and did not hand Yulia Sosyedka a reminder about the victim’s rights. Instead, the Kyiv City Prosecutor’s Office transferred Zima’s case for investigation to the police department of the Pechersk District of Kyiv. Yuliya Sosyedka does not rule out that they are trying to delay the investigation in this way.
