Photo: Olena Khudyakova / ArmiyaInform During the past day, 143 combat clashes took place at the front. This is stated in the operational information of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 08:00 on September 24.
In the Kharkiv direction in the past day, two combat clashes took place in the areas of the settlements of Liptsi and Tyhe.
On the Kupyansk direction seven clashes took place. Defense forces repelled enemy attacks in the areas of Hlushkivka, Kucherivka, Kolisnikivka, and Stelmakhivka.
On the Lymansky direction our troops repelled 19 enemy attacks in the areas of Cherneshchyna, Druzhelyubivka, Nevsky, Makiivka, Dibrova, Torsky and Dronivka.
On the Seversky direction Defense forces stopped one attack near Fedorivka.
On the Kramatorsk direction Ukrainian soldiers repelled five attempts by the invaders to advance near Kalynyivka, Klishchiivka, Bila Hora and Predtechyny. The situation is under control.
With the support of attack aircraft, the enemy tried to advance 15 times in the Toretsk direction. The enemy stormed the positions of our defenders in the areas of the settlements of Dachnoy, Toretsk, and Nelipivka.
In the Pokrovsky direction there were 30 enemy attacks. The enemy tried to advance in the direction of Vozdvizhenka, Marynivka, Myrolyubivka, Novotoretskyi, Mykolaivka, Novogrodivka, Zhuravka, Krasnoy Yar, and Zeleny Pol.
In the direction of Kurakhiv The defense forces continue to hold back the enemy in the areas of the settlements of Tsukuryny, Georgiivka, Kostyantynivka, Katerynivka, and Ukrainska, where the occupiers tried to break through Ukrainian defense lines 21 times.
In the direction of Vremivsk near Pavlivka and Ugledar of the Donetsk region, the enemy made eight attempts to seize our positions.
On the Orihiv direction the enemy carried out one attack near the settlement of Novoandriivka, Zaporizhzhia region.
In the Dnieper direction the enemy conducted four unsuccessful assaults, and retreated after being repulsed.
On the Volyn and Polissky directions operational situation without significant changes. No signs of formation of enemy offensive groups were detected.
We will remind, over the past day, the losses of the Russian invaders amount to 1,400 people. Ukrainian soldiers also destroyed 16 tanks, 40 armored combat vehicles, 61 artillery systems, one anti-aircraft missile system, three air defense vehicles, 65 operational-tactical UAVs, 73 cars and ten units of special equipment of the occupiers.
