A group of “Shakheds” entered Ukraine from the north – the Air Force

In the evening of September 23, a group of Russian attack UAVs entered the territory of Ukraine from the north, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine informs in a telegram.

According to the Ukrainian military, as of 11:36 p.m. the Shahedi are moving in the following directions:

• Groups of attack UAVs in the Sumy Oblast in the southern and central parts, heading southwest (Poltava Oblast), in the eastern part heading west (Chernihiv Oblast);
• UAV in the area of ​​Orzhitsi (Poltava Region) heading for Cherkasy;
• UAV on the border of Mykolaiv and Kirovohrad regions, heading northwest;
• New groups of attack UAVs in the south of Mykolaiv region, course to the north;
• UAVs on Myrhorod from the north and east.

On the night of September 23, Russian troops attacked Ukraine with two Kh-59/69 guided air missiles and four Shahed attack drones, which did not reach their targets, the Air Force reported.

The forces of the Russian Federation regularly attack the Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, missiles, anti-aircraft missiles, anti-aircraft missiles.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
