According to law enforcement officers, on September 23, around 5:40 p.m., the Russian military struck the village of Tsyrkuny, Kharkiv district, with guided aerial bombs.
“One hit to the ground on the territory of the cemetery was recorded. The grass and plantings caught fire on an area of 300 square meters,” the press service said.
It is also known that the second ammunition hit the territory of the garden society near the cemetery. As a result of the impact, the grass on an area of 3 hectares caught fire.
“Fires broke out at the sites of the hits. As of 19:50, there was no information about the victims. Investigative and operational teams, forensic experts and explosives experts are working at the scene of the events. According to the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, the investigators opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine,” the law enforcement officers concluded.
