“This is the 12th sculpture from the territory of the Donetsk region, which was transferred to us for temporary storage. It is a sculpture in good preservation, we can see its external signs, we can see that it is a Polovtsian warrior – we know about his hairstyle, the belt system on which the leggings were attached Such statues are truly a rarity. We are lucky not only for historians, but also for all citizens, because they are monuments that must be preserved,” he said.

In Dnipro, the statues from Donetsk region will be conserved and will be in temporary storage so that they can be returned to their homeland after the security situation changes.
