“On September 23, around 08:10, the military of the Russian Federation, with Tornado-S rockets and cluster munitions, previously hit the village of Stary Saltiv of the Vovchan community. About five hits of enemy ammunition were recorded. As a result of the shelling, two policemen, 38 and 33 years old, were injured.” , – the message reads.
