“It has been confirmed that the KABU hit a residential high-rise building. Currently, at least 12 victims are known. The search and rescue operation is ongoing,” he wrote in a telegram.
Terekhov said that several cars were on fire at the place of arrival, windows were broken in nearby high-rise buildings, 60 residents of the affected building were evacuated.
