Serhii Leshchenko, adviser to the head of the Office of the President, stated this at the briefing.

According to him, this once again proves that Russia spreads lies in order to sow mistrust of Ukraine in the world and reduce its support.

On September 20, the National Coordination Center for Cyber Security decided to limit the use of the Telegram messenger in state bodies, military formations, and critical infrastructure facilities.
Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Center for Combating Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, explained that the ban on the use of the Telegram messenger applies only to official devices — computers used by civil servants, military personnel and critical infrastructure workers.
