At the tournament in Seoul, a possible opponent of Kostyuk in the 1/2 finals was determined

At the tournament of the WTA 500 series in Seoul (South Korea), three quarter-final meetings took place, in one of which the probable opponent of the Ukrainian tennis player Marta Kostyuk in the semifinals became known.

Conditional “neutral” Daria Kasatkina (No. 13 WTA) made it to the semi-finals after the refusal of the representative of Great Britain Emma Radukana (No. 70 WTA).

In the semifinals of the lower part of the tournament grid, Kasatkina will meet with the winner of the quarterfinals Marta Kostyuk – Diana Schneider.

In other meetings of the 1/4 finals, Brazilian tennis player Beatrice Haddad Maia (No. 17 WTA) won a convincing victory over another conditional “neutral” Polina Kudermetova (No. 163 WTA).

And finally, the Bulgarian Victoria Tomova (No. 54 WTA) did not break the resistance of Veronika Kudermetova (No. 44 WTA) and lost in two sets.
