“On the night of September 21, 2024, radio engineering troops of the Air Force detected and escorted 25 enemy air attack vehicles. The occupiers hit Dnipropetrovsk region with four Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles from occupied Crimea and the Rostov region. and five Kh-59/69 guided air missiles from the airspace of TOT of the Zaporizhia region. Also, the enemy launched 16 attack UAVs of the “Shahed” type from Primorsk-Akhtarsk and Kursk – RF,” the Ukrainian military said.

On the night of September 21, Russian forces attacked the private residential sector of Kryvyi Rih. As a result of the attack, three people died, including two women and a 12-year-old boy. Three more people were injured.
The Russian army also attacked the Dnipro. As a result of the attack, the building of the educational center was destroyed. According to preliminary data, one person was injured.
The forces of the Russian Federation regularly attack Ukrainian regions, in particular, Kharkiv region, using various types of weapons – strike UAVs, missiles, anti-aircraft missiles, anti-aircraft missiles.
The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.
The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
