The famous Ukrainian ex-skier Oleksiy Krasovsky joined the coaching staff of the Ukrainian biathlon team. His main task will be the organization and holding of various competitions.

Krasovsky is 30 years old. He represented Ukraine in cross-country skiing at three Olympics in 2014, 2018 and 2022. The best result is 46th place in the classic marathon at the 2018 Games in PyeongChang.
Krasovsky is not the first Ukrainian skier who switched to biathlon coaching. Previously, Roman Leibyuk and the most decorated Ukrainian skier, Valentina Shevchenko, had already passed this way.
