“At the request of the prosecutors of the Svyatoshyn District Prosecutor’s Office of Kyiv, a 41-year-old man from Kyiv, suspected of intentionally killing a pensioner at a gas station, was ordered to be detained until November 16, 2024,” the report says.
As noted, the suspect does not give any testimony, does not explain the motives of his actions.
According to the investigation, on the morning of September 18, at a gas station on Kiltseva Road, a suspect with a Derya Sarina X-Celerate CRX 201 smoothbore gun in his hands approached a 65-year-old man who was about to get into his Honda Accord car.

He was subsequently detained and charged with premeditated murder, robbery, illegal possession of a vehicle, and illegal possession and possession of ammunition. The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
