The large-scale event, which lasted two days in Tallinn’s Town Hall Square, was organized by Eestimaa Rahvuste Ühendus (ERÜ) and was dedicated to the Estonian People’s Day.
The Congress of Ukrainians of Estonia, as a member of ERÜ, together with the Union of Ukrainian Women of Estonia, the Ukrainian Community of Two Colors, the Ukrainian Community of Estonia took part in this event.
KUE presented a concert program with the participation of the vocal group “Provesin”, the group “Perelaz”, singer Irena Pavlyuk-Peterson, the duet RUNA consisting of Natalia Tsvik and Ruslana Volkova, the girl’s duet consisting of Karina Poltavets and Alisa Slonova. The program was hosted by Lisa Tarazevich.
Craftswomen, in particular, embroiderer Nina Honcharuk, presented their products at the fair. There you could buy Ukrainian books from UkBook.
The visitors were also treated to dishes of Ukrainian cuisine presented by members of the Union of Ukrainian Women of Estonia and Faina Ukraina.
The Ukraina Nimel organization presented various products, the proceeds from the sale of which will go to support Ukraine.
We will remind you that the Ukrainian society “Smerichka” from the Estonian village of Oizu, together with the Ukrainian community of Estonia, organized the Ivan Kupala holiday on the shore of a small lake in central Estonia.
