The Antimonopoly Committee fined “Converse Links” LLC (brand of KLO gas stations) in the total amount of UAH 5.2 million for violating the legislation on the protection of economic competition.

The company was fined for not providing information at the request of AMCU (for UAH 1.5 million) and for providing incomplete information at the request of AMCU (for UAH 3.7 million).
The Antimonopoly Committee directed the requirements to Converse Links as part of the investigation in the markets of petroleum products related to the establishment of prices during 2022.
“However, the Company provided information to the Committee’s requirements three times outside of the established time limits. This prevented an objective, complete and comprehensive analysis of information for the study of light petroleum products markets, which was taken into account in determining the amount of the fine. The Committee also took into account the repetition of the offense,” the message states .
