On September 19, the Russian army wounded three civilians in the Seredino-Budsk community.

Literally: “Seredino-Budsk community: shelling using FPV drones was recorded (7 explosions). As a result of shelling, 3 civilians were injured.
Details: In total, during the day, the Russians carried out 63 shellings of the border territories and settlements of the Sumy region. 141 explosions were recorded.
The communities of Sumy, Mykolaiv, Khotyn, Yunakiv, Myropil, Bilopol, Rychkiv, Krasnopil, Trostyanets, Velikopysariv, Putivl, Novoslobid, Glukhiv, Esman, Shalygin, Druzhbiv, Svesk, and Seredino-Budsk came under fire.
What preceded:
- The Russians hit a geriatric boarding house in Sumy with a guided aerial bomb. A 70-year-old woman died, another 14 people were injured.
- Later, the rescuers reported that the employees of the State Emergency Service managed to evacuate 147 people from the damaged building.
