A Russian projectile hit the building of the institution. According to the head of the OVA, 221 elderly people lived there.

There were bed patients in the facility. They were urgently evacuated from the premises and are being assisted right on the street, on the grass.

Artyukh’s direct speech: “There are wounded, some of them are in serious condition, they were hospitalized. There are no casualties.”

Updated: According to OVA, previously, one person died of injuries in the hospital, 9 more were injured.

It is reported that people are currently being evacuated to other institutions. All services are engaged.

The State Emergency Service has released a video and reports on 12 victims.

“The technical and 5th floors were partially destroyed. 147 people were evacuated from the building. There are no people under the rubble. 1 person died, 12 were injured,” the message says.

Subsequently, OVA reported that as of 7 p.m., one person had died and 13 had received injuries of varying degrees of severity.
