Prehistory:
- On the night of September 19, a series of explosions rang out in Kharkiv. The strikes took place in the Shevchenkiv district of the city.
- Two private houses were destroyed, farm buildings and a wooded area of about a thousand square meters caught fire. There are no dead or injured.
