“Investigators reported the suspicion of six participants in the conflict on the fact of hooliganism committed by a group of persons under Part 2 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, two of them additionally on the fact of intentionally causing bodily harm to an employee of a law enforcement agency under Part 2 of Article 345 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, as well as one of offenders – suspicions are announced under two parts – under part 1, 2 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code,” the message reads.
As indicated by the police, during operational and investigative measures, the police identified and detained another participant in the conflict. Urgent investigative actions are ongoing regarding him.
