The Saudi investment company SALIC, a subsidiary of the State Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia, acquired part of the Ukrainian agricultural holding “Myronivskyi Hliboprodukt” (MHP).
This is stated in the message of the MHP.
SALIC acquired 13.5 million global depository receipts of the parent company MHP SE, which are in free circulation in the market.
In this way, the Saudi company received a share of 12.6% of the total number of shares of the agricultural holding in circulation.
