The United States got acquainted with the plan to end the war, presented by President Volodymyr Zelensky. In Washington, it is believed to contain a strategy that can be effective.
This was stated on Tuesday, September 17, by the US Permanent Representative to the UN, Linda Thomas-Greenfield, during a press conference dedicated to the beginning of the new 79th UN General Assembly, Voice of America reports.
“And we need to see how we can contribute to that [плану]talking to all the heads of state who will be here in New York. So, again, we hope to make some progress,” the diplomat said.
Earlier, Voice of America reported that on September 25, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi will speak at the UN General Assembly in New York.
On September 16, the head of state said that more than 90% of the points of the Ukrainian victory plan had already been written. It is planned to be presented to the Allies next week.
