Details: According to the investigation, around 11:05 a.m. Tuesday, using methods of warfare prohibited by international law, the occupiers struck, probably with a ballistic missile, on the territory of one of the enterprises in the city of Sumy.
A 41-year-old man was injured as a result of the enemy attack.
