The former secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) Oleksiy Danilov has not yet started work as the ambassador of Ukraine to Moldova, although President Volodymyr Zelenskyy approved his candidacy back in March.
This is stated in the response of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
“We inform you that in the period from March 26, 2024 to today, Oleksii Myacheslavovich Danilov does not hold full-time or part-time positions in the system of diplomatic service bodies and does not perform diplomatic or consular functions,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported.
Journalists also noted that Danilov stopped being more active in his social networks, his last post on Facebook was published on March 26.
