This was reported by Defense Express.

The fact is that they were able to intercept the Houthi missile only over the territory of the Jewish state itself, even with the use of the advanced Arrow 3 system.

In the released video, you can see the rocket, which was named Palestine-2. Experts suggest that it could be a modernized Iranian “hypersonic” Fattah missile, which was shown last year.

The declared range of Palestine-2 is 2150 km. This is significantly more than the Fattah’s range, which is only 1,400 km. It is also noted that Palestine-2 can accelerate to Mach 16.

The weight of the warhead of the missile is unknown, but in Fattah it is 350-450 kg. It was previously reported that a two-stage scheme was chosen for Fattah. The second stage with a warhead is able to actively maneuver, making interception difficult.

Iran supplies ballistic missiles to the Russian FederationRecently, the Pentagon confirmed that the Islamic Republic transferred a certain number of ballistic missiles to the Russian Federation.

According to experts, we are talking about Fath 360 – a short-range tactical ballistic missile. Its radius is from 30 to 120 km. The missile has a warhead weighing about 150 kg.

Also, a satellite image was posted on the Internet, which captured a Russian ship with Iranian ballistic missiles. Experts assume that it could deliver about 220 missiles to the Russian Federation.
