Zelensky conducted the Stavka: instructed the General Staff to provide an action plan to improve the work of training centers

On Monday, September 16, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting of the commander-in-chief, where he instructed the General Staff to provide a list of measures to improve the work of combat training centers.

“Spent Stavka. I listened to reports on the situation at the front, as well as detailed reports of both our intelligence agencies – SZR and GUR – regarding the intentions of the Russian occupiers and the situation in their ranks. Intelligence officers noted a noticeable deterioration of discipline in Russian units,” the head of state said.

The second issue, according to Zelenskyi, was the discussion of the readiness of engineering protection of critical infrastructure. The President urged “to complete all the necessary works as soon as possible.”

The issue of combat training of the military was also considered. Zelensky instructed the General Staff to provide a list of measures to improve the work of combat training centers.

In addition, the president noted that “some countries that supply components for drones are introducing export restrictions.” However, according to Zelenskyi, “the state has a strategy so that these restrictions do not become critical for Ukraine’s defense capability.”
