The Commission on Termination of Licensees’ Access to the Unified Complex of Information Systems of Ukrtransbezpeka decided to disconnect the following carriers from the SHLYAH System for three months:

According to the materials of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, during the period of martial law, these carriers were involved in the organization of channels for transporting men of military age across the state border. Persons who were organized to travel outside of Ukraine as motor vehicle drivers did not return to Ukraine for 60 days, which violated the established rules for crossing the state border.
Dozens more facts of data entry abuse in the System have been submitted for consideration by the Commission. A decision will be made after reviewing the information on each case.
