This is an All-Ukrainian analytical project that studies the opinion of job seekers and employers, analyzes the state of the labor market and forms forecasts for the next year. These data become the basis for making management decisions in companies of various industries. On the other hand, the results of the research provide professionals and job seekers with an understanding of the needs and requirements of employers. Thus, the study of labor market trends, tracking of trends and quick response to changes open development vectors for both employers and job seekers.

The GRC.UA team invites company representatives, employees and job seekers to join the project and take part in an anonymous survey “Labor market barometer 2024. Forecasts for 2025”. The results of the research will be presented in the format of an analytical report and presented during an online conference, followed by wide publicity in the Ukrainian media.

The main purpose of the survey is to obtain analytical data regarding the challenges of the labor market and the main trends during martial law, changes in personnel management processes, planned reductions or increases in wages in various industries, changes in the issue of paying bonuses to employees, salary wishes of specialists, determining the actual state and plans for hiring employees by companies. In addition, the research results will show a real picture of what work with veterans is conducted in Ukrainian companies, trends in hiring and further work with candidates 50+, young people, what new “female” professions have appeared on the labor market, what well-being programs exist in Ukrainian companies, what projects of attracting migrants, inclusiveness and barrier-free programs are implemented by Ukrainian business. In the course of the study, the problems faced by Ukrainian companies during the relocation of businesses and personnel will also be highlighted. The analytical report of the study will include a forecast for the Ukrainian labor market for 2025, summarizes the strategic directions of the Ukrainian business regarding work with personnel for the next year and the next 3 years.
