He pointed out that the Zakarpattia Red Cross Society helps hundreds of residents of the region and forcibly displaced persons every day.
“I instructed the law enforcement agencies to immediately take all necessary measures to establish the causes of the incident. If signs of criminal activity are detected, to direct all efforts to find the culprits,” Biletsky wrote in Telegram.
