Direct speech Biden: “My team has informed me that today federal law enforcement agencies are investigating a possible assassination attempt against former President Trump.
The suspect is in custody and I commend the Secret Service and their law enforcement partners for their vigilance and efforts to keep the former president and his entourage safe.
I am relieved that the former president was not injured.”
