Ukrainian Forces Target Russian Military Installations in Crimea and Donetsk Regions

The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported significant strikes against Russian military assets in occupied territories, including the destruction of key missile systems.

On the night of February 25, Ukrainian forces targeted a launch unit of the S-400 Triumph air defense system and a combat vehicle from the Pantsir-S1 system in the vicinity of Sofiivka, located in temporarily occupied Crimea. Details regarding the extent of the damage are still being clarified.

Additionally, Ukrainian defense forces struck a BM-21 Grad multiple rocket launcher in the area of Myroliubivka, situated in the temporarily occupied Donetsk region. Strikes were also reported in the vicinity of Novohryhorivka in the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia region, as well as near the settlement of Zughres in the Donetsk region, where concentrations of enemy personnel were targeted. The losses and damage incurred remain under assessment.

The Russian side has not yet commented on these reports.

Since the onset of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Russian regions and territories occupied by Russia have frequently experienced shelling and drone attacks.

The Ukrainian side emphasizes its commitment to continuing strikes against military targets in temporarily occupied areas of Ukraine and within Russian territory to diminish the offensive capabilities of Russian forces.

Ukrainian forces have reported successful strikes against Russian military installations in Crimea and the Donetsk region, targeting key missile systems and troop concentrations. The ongoing military actions aim to weaken Russian offensive capabilities in occupied territories.
