According to Ivan Fedorov, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, the strikes have impacted multiple residential areas. A multi-story apartment building in Zaporizhzhia was directly hit, while nearby private homes were affected by the blast wave.
Fedorov reported that six apartment buildings and nine private residences sustained damage due to the attacks. Emergency services have begun addressing the aftermath of the strikes to restore normalcy in the affected areas.
Initial reports indicated that the number of injured was lower, but it has since been confirmed that the total has risen to nine. The strikes included at least five separate attacks on Zaporizhzhia, causing extensive destruction and raising concerns among local residents.
In Rозумівка, a village in the vicinity, private homes have also been reported as heavily damaged. The ongoing conflict continues to pose risks to civilian safety and infrastructure in the region.
