On April 9, Russian military forces conducted close to 60 attacks in the Dnipropetrovsk region of Ukraine, resulting in injuries to two individuals, according to local officials.
Alexander Ganja, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, reported that the attacks primarily targeted the Nikopol district, affecting several communities including Chervonohryhorivka, Marhanets, Myrivska, and Pokrovsk. Significant damage was inflicted on administrative buildings, private residences, vehicles, and local infrastructure.
Among the injured was a 66-year-old woman who has been hospitalized in serious condition. Additionally, a 17-year-old boy was wounded in Pavlohrad when Russian forces struck a local enterprise and is currently receiving medical care.
Attacks were also reported in the Synelnykove district, where strikes hit the Dubovykivska and Vasylkivska communities, further escalating the ongoing conflict in the region.
Recent attacks by Russian forces in the Dnipropetrovsk region have resulted in injuries and significant damage to infrastructure. Local authorities continue to assess the impact as tensions remain high in the area.
