Poland to Continue Funding Starlink Terminals in Ukraine Amid Ongoing Conflict

Poland has announced its commitment to continue financing the operation of Starlink terminals in Ukraine, crucial for maintaining connectivity during the ongoing war. Since the onset of the conflict, Poland has supplied over 29,000 terminals to Ukraine, which play a vital role in supporting critical infrastructure, hospitals, and frontline regions.

The Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Transformation confirmed this initiative, highlighting Poland’s role as a strategic and reliable partner. “Poland is our strategic and reliable partner,” the ministry stated.

In addition to providing the terminals, Poland is actively funding their operation, ensuring that essential services remain connected even amid widespread attacks and power outages. The availability of satellite internet is particularly important for hospitals, schools, and community services in areas affected by the conflict.

The Ministry emphasized that uninterrupted internet access is fundamental for the functioning of digital state services and for effective coordination during wartime.

Poland has reaffirmed its support for Ukraine by continuing to fund Starlink terminals, which are essential for connectivity in critical areas during the war. This initiative underscores the importance of reliable communication in maintaining essential services amid ongoing conflict.
