Ali Abdollahi Aliabadi, a commander of Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, stated that ‘the gates of hell will open for you (the U.S. and Israel)’ if attacks on Iranian infrastructure continue. He emphasized that military actions would provoke severe repercussions for the aggressors.
Additionally, Ebrahim Zolfaghari, a spokesperson for the Tehran Central Headquarters, warned, ‘Do not forget: if military actions expand, the entire region will become hell for you. The illusion of victory over the Islamic Republic of Iran has turned into a quagmire that will engulf you.’
Trump’s comments included claims that many Iranian military leaders had been killed in a ‘massive strike’ on Tehran. This exchange of threats occurs against the backdrop of ongoing discussions between the U.S. and Iran regarding a potential ceasefire.
