Kristina Bege, the head of the electoral commission, confirmed the turnout figure, indicating a strong engagement from the electorate. She noted that there have been no significant violations during the voting process.
“As of 3 PM, 77% of registered voters at the consulate have participated. This is a high level of activity, but we can state that those who register to vote at the consulate typically show up,” Bege stated.
The high turnout reflects the community’s commitment to participating in the electoral process, a trend observed in previous elections held at this location.
