Drone Attack Injures Elderly Man in Kharkiv Region

A 70-year-old man was injured in a drone attack in the village of Lyutivka, located in the Kharkiv region, on April 12. The incident involved an FPV drone operated by Russian forces, which targeted a civilian vehicle.

According to the National Police of Ukraine, the drone strike occurred during the day, resulting in significant damage to the man’s car. He was promptly taken to a medical facility for treatment.

This attack follows another incident earlier the same day, where Russian forces struck the town of Zolochiv in the Bohodukhiv district, injuring two individuals and igniting a fire in a commercial establishment.

Despite claims of a ceasefire by Russian authorities, purportedly scheduled from April 11 at 4 PM until the end of April 12, the Ukrainian General Staff reported 2,299 violations of the ceasefire by the morning of April 12.

A drone attack in the Kharkiv region has left a 70-year-old man injured, highlighting ongoing hostilities despite claims of a temporary ceasefire. This incident is part of a broader pattern of violence in the area, with multiple attacks reported on the same day.
