Russian military actions in the Zaporizhzhia region on Sunday resulted in one fatality and two injuries, according to local authorities.
Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, confirmed the casualties, stating, “One person has died, and two others have been injured due to enemy attacks in the Zaporizhzhia district.” The strikes involved guided aerial bombs targeting the village of Zarichne.
The bombardment led to the destruction of a private residence and a non-residential building, igniting a fire in the area. A 75-year-old woman was reported deceased, while a 72-year-old man sustained injuries.
In a separate incident in Bilenke, a hostile drone damaged another private house, resulting in injuries to a 77-year-old man. Emergency medical services are providing necessary assistance to all affected individuals.
