The head of Ukraine’s presidential office, Kyrylo Budanov, has asserted that former U.S. President Donald Trump’s actions are guided by a meticulously crafted plan rather than spontaneous decisions. Budanov emphasized that Trump’s behavior is not erratic but follows a detailed document prepared six months prior to his presidency.
According to Budanov, this strategic document comprises 838 pages outlining Trump’s actions, which he claims are executed with clear intent and purpose. “His actions are highly consistent. Everything he does has been explicitly described, calculated, and explained,” Budanov stated.
In addition to discussing Trump’s approach, Budanov addressed the current state of the war in Ukraine, indicating that there is no middle ground in the conflict. He remarked, “There will only be victory or defeat. There is no intermediate option.” This statement reflects the stark realities faced by Ukraine in its ongoing struggle.
When questioned by students about potential opportunities arising from the situation in the Middle East, Budanov responded cautiously regarding military-technical cooperation. He noted, “This is a path that can be taken, but it is not obligatory.” His remarks suggest a careful consideration of Ukraine’s strategic options in a complex geopolitical landscape.
Kyrylo Budanov, head of Ukraine's presidential office, claims Donald Trump's actions are driven by a detailed plan rather than improvisation. He also highlighted the binary nature of the ongoing war, emphasizing that Ukraine faces a clear choice between victory and defeat.
