Yorkville America Equities, the asset management firm associated with Donald Trump’s Truth Social, has submitted registration documents to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for two new cryptocurrency exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
The filings, made on February 13, 2026, include the Truth Social Bitcoin and Ether ETF, designed to provide investors with exposure to the two leading cryptocurrencies by market capitalization. Additionally, the firm has proposed the Truth Social Cronos Yield Maximizer ETF, which will focus on investing in and staking the native token of Crypto.com’s Cronos blockchain.
Both ETFs are awaiting SEC approval, marking a significant development in the firm’s foray into the digital asset market. If granted, these funds will be launched in collaboration with Crypto.com, which will act as the custodian and liquidity provider, as well as offer staking services.
The Cronos Yield Maximizer ETF stands out due to its focus on staking rewards, typically earned by securing proof-of-stake networks like Cronos. This feature could make it an attractive yield-generating option in a market that has largely favored passive investment strategies.
Distribution for both funds will be handled by Foris Capital US LLC, a broker-dealer registered with the SEC and affiliated with Crypto.com. This move follows Truth Social’s initial steps into the cryptocurrency space, which began in June 2025 with the filing of an S-1 registration statement for a spot Bitcoin ETF.
In July 2025, the company also filed for a Blue Chip Digital Asset ETF, aimed at a selection of large-cap altcoins. However, neither of these products has launched yet.
Trump Media & Technology Group, which owns Truth Social, is led by President Trump, who has faced challenges related to his business connections in the cryptocurrency sector. These ties are currently complicating the progress of the U.S. Senate’s Digital Asset Market Clarity Act, which seeks to establish regulatory frameworks for the U.S. crypto markets.
Yorkville America Equities has filed for two cryptocurrency ETFs under the Truth Social brand, aiming to broaden its digital asset offerings. The proposed funds focus on Bitcoin, Ether, and staking within the Cronos blockchain, pending SEC approval.
