In a statement, the national energy company, Ukrenergo, advised that the situation is fluid, and residents should check the official websites of local energy providers for specific outage times and affected areas.
Consumers are encouraged to conserve electricity during the designated hours when power is available. Earlier today, some regions in western Ukraine already began implementing these schedules, marking the first return to such measures in nearly a month following a period of relative stability in the energy system.
