Ukrainian Firm Unveils Enhanced Combat Module ‘SHABLYA K-2’

The Ukrainian company ROBONEERS has introduced an upgraded version of its remote-controlled combat module, known as ‘SHABLYA K-2’.

This new configuration features a turret equipped with dual AK-74 automatic rifles, which enhances fire density and effectiveness in close combat situations.

Designed primarily for providing fire support to infantry and suppressing enemies at short ranges, the module offers flexible fire control.

The control system allows the operator to select firing modes based on the combat environment. It includes options for firing from either the left or right rifle, as well as simultaneous volley fire from both barrels.

‘SHABLYA K-2’ is integrated into a ground platform network, ensuring stable communication with the control unit and data transmission. The module’s power supply is designed with redundancy in mind, featuring a built-in energy source along with the capability to connect to a ground robotic complex or an external battery.

Equipped with a multi-layered observation system, the module includes three cameras: a wide-angle daytime camera for general viewing, a narrow-angle camera for precise targeting, and a thermal imaging camera that operates in low visibility conditions.

The ‘SHABLYA K-2’ is currently undergoing preparation for codification, which will pave the way for further deliveries to the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

ROBONEERS has launched the 'SHABLYA K-2', an advanced combat module designed for enhanced fire support in close combat. The module features dual AK-74 rifles and a sophisticated observation system, with preparations underway for its deployment to Ukrainian defense units.
